If you live in one of the five boroughs of NYC, please ask your Council Member to support the bill to ban horse-drawn carriages.  As a constituent, you can also ask for an in-person meeting where you can show clips from BLINDERS to the Council Member and/or the staff.  

You can also contact City Council Speaker Christine Quinn who does not support this bill.  

Check to see if your Council Member has already signed on to the bill.
